Can you share what you submitted with your package for evidence?

Thank you

– Copy of green card (front and back)
– Copies of driver’s licenses showing the same address;

– Copies of health insurance policies naming the other as a beneficiary;
– Copies of cars insurances with both names;

– Joint tax returns from the previous 3 years;
– Lease agreement with both names for 2015-2016-2017; Mortgage agreement with both names (bought a house together in 2017);
– Joint airline/vacation reservations;
– An affidavit confirming the authenticity of your marriage from my mother-in-law, and from my friend.

I was worry about my package because we didnt have any bank accounts or statements together, as we do not have children together too.  Also, my package literally was about 30-35 pages maximum and this including the 11 pages of I-751.

Got a RFE. Originally sent in copy of recent lease where we live together (only this current year), letter from the bank stating we are joint on all accounts, a print out of each account's latest statement, 2 sworn affidavits, and a copy of our car insurance.

What I'm thinking of is sending in the following items:

Lease for all 3 years (we moved around) we lived here in the states

Maybe a letter from the bank stating how long we've been on the same accounts? (3 years)

Somehow prove how long we've been on car insurance together?

We are about to buy a house in the next month together, so I've also thought about holding off on that.

Show the beneficiary page for each of our insurances, mentioning the other as beneficiary?

Thanks all,

CB

Wow. It's about time for them to approve your case. Mine has been there at Potomac too and no nothing since my case went there. When was your NOA1 date if you don't mind my asking?

Thank you for your reply and the screenshot. Yes my case was transferred from CSC about a month after yours.

Have you tried submitting service request online since your case is 'outside normal processing time' according to the USCIS processing times page?

Thanks for the response. Maybe I’ll do that.

Hey folks. Never really had enough time to post here but certainly I did follow all of your posts. Since I submitted I751 6/19/2018, my case status everywhere (new website, old website, app) is the same -“At this time we cannot provide you with more information about your case...”. My biometrics are done in July 2018, but even that is not visible when I check case status. In June 2019 I submitted N 400, and my biometrics for that are just completed.

My service center is Vermont, and case is very clear, lot of evidence, joint property, bank accounts, multiple joint vacations and family occasion we attended together. When I called USCS, they just repeated the same - they can not provide more information.

Do you guys think this is normal and do I need to worry about my case?

Thanks!

I also got an update on our case status. And it’s a new card being produced. :)

My petition was in pretty late in the month, so everyone’s time is almost there. WAC1822xxxxx

Have you received the card by chance?
