Greetings everyone. I'm sure that this has been answered many times already, but I cannot seem to find a current fee/cost break down of the I-130 from start to finish. Can someone please get me the numbers and break it down into what fees.

Thank you in advance

So far what I gather together is the below. I'm only looking for fee's paid to USCIS or states dept. I know there are other fees that I am missing. Someone please bridge the gap for me.

$535 - i130 application fee

$325 - IV

$450 - Medical examine/vaccination shots

$120 - Affidavit of support review

$220 - USCIS Immigrant Fee (Assuming this is DS260/261)

hi

not quite, the $325 for the package 4 is the DS260

there is no fee for the Ds261

and the $220 is the cost for the physical green card once your interview has been approved and you have gotten the visa

the other costs are for the petition

every country has a different cost for medical and vaccinations

the $120 is for the i864 affidavit of support

and yes, the first form, the i130 is $535

To put it simply:

I-130 = $535

DS-260 = $325

AOS = $120

medical, police, travel, mail, etc = varies by country

= $980 + variables

Green card - $220

=$1200 + variables

medical fee varies.  IV is the DS-260.  Immigrant fee is for the production of green card.

As previously indicated, medical exam, vaccinations and incidental document procurement fees vary by country and circumstances.  Yes it's hard to find this in one place but it's not a secret from me.  ;)
