Last May 1 my i-175 status was “they received my petition and working on it. Then in May 3 my status for I-175 changed again to “we transferred you form to another uscis office.” Also, I have a pending N-400 application, it changed last may 3 also to “Interview has Scheduled.” Now i’m waiting for their letter. Hopefully it’s not a glitch. 🤞🏽

Ok so just got the letter, it came from California Service Center and says that my case has been transferred to NBC, Lee's Summit MO.

Could this mean that they are preparing to combine it with my n400? :S

It could be but I doubt it.

It is CSC and NBC’s job to approve ROC, everytime an N400 is combined with an I751 there seems to be a confusion about the steps to be taken at the local office. So I dont think they are proactively sending them to local offices expect in cases where the N400 interview  shows up way ahead of the I751 schedule

Noooooooo! This means it's going to take forever for us now. Minnesota is wayyyyy backed up in n400s. So our ROC will be delayed along with our n400. :(

So i actually got 2 separate "transfer to another office that has jurisdiction" notices.. one on may 1st and one on may 3rd.. The letter i got today was from may 1st .. could it be that NBC got the case from CSC and forwarded it to my local office in case my N400 is ready for interview already? :S  I mean, it's a stretch.. but I'm being hopeful lol

MO is Missouri no? Also NBC is not supposed to adjudicate cases just prepare them for interviews or something like that :S https://www.uscis.gov/archive/blog/2012/06/national-benefits-center-what-it-is-and

Honestly, i have no clue what USCIS is doing :S really confusing and now that my i751 is sitting an NBC there's no way to track it either since NBC doesn't come up as an option on the processing times website for I751s :/

We all got two. The way I see it is, its the two day delivery option they use, may 1st it was sent out of CSC, may 3rd it arrived at NBC

Usually n400 interview is scheduled before I751 is transferred to local office. But will see in the next few days.

Yes and No, NBC was created for the purpose of I485 and n400. Both these require an interview. But it clearly says NBC checks evidence and sends RFE if they need more. Since I751 is a new thing for NBC to ease workload they are approving them directly after they check the evidence.

The NBC purpose is to HELP ease the burden on local offices not add to it.

So this could mean they could be about to be approved?
