Hi guys,

 

So we FINALLY got approved :D and i received an envelope from Toll Express

Now, i know i'm not supposed to open anything BUT my passport is inside, so howwwww do i board a plane without a passport that is inside a sealed, do not open envelope? 

 

Probably a dumb question but i want to be sure before i book my flight :)

Hi I got my envelope from toll on Monday. You can open the toll envelope - inside is the yellow envelope that is sealed and that’s the one you don’t open. Your passport is attached to the outside of the yellow envelope by rubber band. 

So go ahead and open the Toll envelope!!

The package will contain your passport (with affixed visa), a paper stating not to open the sealed envelope, and the sealed envelope. Open the package and take your passport. Do not open the sealed envelope.

Open the envelope that has everything in it - your passport will be separate inside and any other information/documents they might have kept and are sending back. There is another yellow/manila colored envelope inside that is the one you do not open. It will have writing on the outside of it to make sure you know what it is.

Believe me I understand! I happened to be visiting with my fiancé got his packet, and he was so scared to open it! He was super careful and afraid of tearing anything :lol:
