It is called USCIS, to be honest. I have lots of theories, but not sure any of it applies here.

Same here, as of March 19 I'm transferred to Texas.

I got transferred to another jurisdiction as well as of March 19. I originally filed at VSC. I haven't received any notification letter, I don't know if I am going to Texas. I am not sure if this is a good sign or not neither.

Called the automated phone line after I got the second transfer notice. Got transferred to Arlington VA. VSC filer.

I just called but they only said they transferred my case to another jurisdiction instead of telling me exactly where it went. Are there any specific guidance to know exactly where it went to? Thank you in advance!

Wait until you get the second status change notification. Usually about 2days after you got the first one.

When I filled the wait time was 11-13 months. So its already time.
