Hello ,everyone sorry if am not good in english,,I just want to ask only ,,if i go medical in st.luckes for k1 visa,should they find out that past 3yrs I got abortion,,but my fiance he knows that I do that 3yrs ago,before I meet him,but we are worried it will affect to my medical,,if they asking me in st. Luke's about abortion,then if I don't say no,,will be detect in my blood or they can see in my private part ,,plss help me

You must answer all questions truthfully.  There is no reason to worry.  This will not affect your medical...

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

No need to worry. They won't even check your private part just to see if you had abortion or nah. Don't freak out everything will be good!

Don't worry they wont detect it. they are only concerned about any contagious disease such as TB, HIV and also drugs.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Yup, the above post is the current procedure at SLEC. It's not a bar to a visa, but a psych eval would be required.

As we said in your other post it is not an issue at all. If they ask about any serious health issues that has gone in the past then do bring it up.
