Got a question for anyone else in the Packet 3 stage of the process now. The packet came via email with a handy checklist. I understand all items but one: "DHL Ilyang or Hanjin courier delivery receipt (place at the Embassy)". Does anyone know what this is? I realize the 'Ilyang and Hanjin' are Korean couriers but what's the receipt for? Hardcopy delivery of the package?

I can't wait until the interview is done! The last great item to stress out about before being reunited!

Thanks for any help and good luck all!

Our USCIS Journey:

I phoned up the State Department today and they told me I have an interview date for 7th November at 8:30 :dance::dance: I hope that packet 3 arrives with the medical questionaire before my medical at the end of October.

Good Stuff Rose Marie! Less than 3 months from your NO2 - that's fantastic- you are less than a month away!!!! I realize you are from a different consulate, but what did you need to send in with you packet 3? I would like to be as ready as possible when it arrives!!!

I still haven't received Packet 3 in the mail yet but my fiance got a letter from NVC telling us that the petition was being transferred to London and giving us the LND case number. I waited a week for Packet 3 but then there was the strike so I printed off the scan of packet 3 from here http://www.visajourney.com/gallery/thumbna...y&uid=30186 and filled in the requested documents from here http://www.state.gov/m/a/dir/forms/ which seemed to be more up to date than those on the London Embassy site. I sent in the forms with a copy of the checklist from the scan by DHL Lite courier service. I am glad I did because I have still not received packet 3 yet. The police certificate is important to get as you will wait around 40 days for it and it is valid for a year. The scan will show details of what you need for the embassy.

Good luck

How do you get the scan for the DHL Lite Courier service?

I printed the scan from the link above which is a copy of a package 3 that someone else received. I then filled out and printed the other forms that were requested in the package 3. I put the package into an envelope and arranged for DHL Lite to come and pick them up from my work and take them to the US embassy in London.
