Sure. I am adjusting from B2 so not sure, timeline varies depending on from what visa you are adjusting.

I’m studying at GSU meaning I’m on an F1 visa. I travelled outside the US in November  which should void my student visa. I still go to school anyway

Thank you! New Orleans is 14.5 to 17.5 at the min and we filed in March so we Luckily havent waited too long! Hope you hear something soon!

For us it’s saying 15.5 - 23.5 months!!! 😩

So we had our interview date scheduled for Jan 31st. Then about 2 weeks before that date, they cancelled our interview appointment! #######?!?!?! We got a letter just stated that they cancelled it and would contact us further if they needed anything.

 

SO NOW, we're just in limbo trying to see what happens. Maybe they will approve us w/o an interview since we're coming from a K-1 visa?!?! 

 

I dunno. All I know is this EAD/AP card expires in 5 months! ERRRRR!!!!
