I am sorry to hear this. Do you have proof that the document was mailed to the office? Tracking? A receipt for the court-issued certified copy? How could they have lost 2 copies of the same document?

If you have a tracking receipt showing the document was delivered then you can make an Infopass appointment at your local office and inform them of their mistake.

I do have a receipt copy from court for the 25$ I paid to get the certified copies. The tracking number I lost :/..I really hope usps can help me out getting that tracking number back. I also did make an infopass appointment next week on Thursday. Hope all goes well. I am so bummed.

Do you have the post office receipt?  If you have that, USPS can track it off of your receipt number.

 

If you did a search online for that tracking number in the past to see if it was delivered, scour your search history and see if it comes up.

 

A last alternative (one I've done before for something else) is to ask the postmaster nicely...explain in brief what it's about and why you need the proof, and if you remember the exact date/estimated time you mailed it, ask the postmaster to go through the clerk's transactions for that day and pull the information.

I don’t have the post office receipt. After I check to see it was delivered I just didn’t pay attention to it anymore since I thought it was for sure in their hands. I will have to go to the post office with luck and ask kindly if they can look up in their system from the date I sent it. I know the date and time, hopefully that helps.

Check your online search history for the USPS.com page around the time it was delivered (if you remember the approximate date) to see if anything with the recorded tracking info number comes up.

I did already. I double checked my history and everything but nothing. My only hope is tomorrow when I go to the post office.

If the supervisor says she/he can't do it (they are able to do this, they just might not want to at that moment), then ask to speak to the Postmaster (if they have one on-site, not all do)

So I went this morning and no luck. The lady that helped me out was really nice and she wanted to help me but she said they only can go back 30 days. Unfortunatly it’s past the 30 days I sent the    Stuff out to uscis.

You have the infopass appointment set...take the receipt from the court, which at least helps proves you made a good faith effort to respond to the RFE (if you have the original receipt from when you first ordered it, take that one too)...also take a copy of the court certified documents as well with you in case they ask to see them (hopefully you retained a copy for your own records), and tell them the approximate/exact date it was delivered if you remember it.

 

Worst case scenario is that the agent at the infopass advises you to refile the N400 (and pay the fee again)....because the onus is on you to prove they got it...but I really hope the best for you.
