For everyone's cover letters; did you and your souse sign the bottom of it, and did you add your phone, address, email etc. I've seen some documents with all the personal information. But some with just a sincerly, name . The end.

Thanks!

So nerve racking to go through another visa processing paperwork... again.

Both signed it, but I just put my own phone/email/address after the signatures since I was the one who prepared the packet/wrote the cover letter.

So I am sure I asked this question before, but I can't remember if I did or where.

We came in on a K1 and K2 visa so we need to do ROC for each of us. Is it two separate applications and two separate filing and biometric fees or does she go on my form and then we pay one filing and two bio fees ....?   I can't seem to find the information in the guide or anywhere else for that matter.  I know that USCIS sends stuff back if it's not exact - even if you overpay or give too much.  Don't want to incur unnecessary delays. We've had plenty of those on this journey haha.  Thanks so much for any advice you can offer.

Hi!

I have a K2 child and yes you add the kiddo in your application and pay only 1 filing fee but you still have to pay biometrics fee for the child as well. So it make $765 total. We did 1 check for all.

As evidence for the kid, I added several documents specifically about him like his passport and green card copies, school enrollment letter,  health insurance coverage statement with his name on it, various family photos, (since we are military) DEERS and other Dep of Defense records, etc...

Good luck!

I filled the form according to the sample form in here and left some parts blank which don`t apply to us like child 3, child 4, etc information , interpreter and preparer information , spouse`s and my daughter`s A nos cause they are already USC. but I read the instructions once again and it clearly says complete all parts of the form. I`m confused! what should I do?  fill it up with numerous NAs?

Leave the Interpreter black since you check that you understand and can read english in Part 7 and Part 8

For children put None if you do have children.

This is a common question and I found myself researching the answer to this before I sent my package as well. Most here will recommend not leaving blank fields (except if you don't have a middle name, you would leave that blank). Interchangeably using "N/A" or "None" to the appropriate fields seems to be most common. I don't think there is a hard and fast rule and you'll find many have taken different routes and got through this ordeal just fine.

Updated chart below, soon we'll need some new filers. This list is dominated by people who have received NOA1s :)

So nerve racking to go through another visa processing paperwork... again.

We both signed our names since it is a joint petition, but we only put my husbands name and contact information in the upper right hand corner (like a formal letter) since he is the one we are petitioning to remove the conditions on.

Send our I-751 package in via USPS and it was received at P.O. in Laguna Niguel on Feb. 14th.  Check has been cashed nor have we received NOA.  Please add us to the chart.  Thanks  Gerry

Any thought for this?

You can definitely submit without it, no worries there, especially if you have 2015 and 2016. I would add your completed 1040 form and just put a note that had just submitted your taxes at the time of preparing your I-751 packet. Perfectly reasonable.

I assume you meant "has not been cashed"? I think you're still within a reasonable window based on other members, so I would not panic at this point.
