That's really annoying! While my wife's AOS was pending, she had to keep going back every 6 months to get a new driver's license, but there was no charge for it. Our DLs are only good for 4 years though so they get plenty of money out of us.

Filed n400 last month, My case wasn’t transferred, nothing happened after fingerprints, and in the website, it’s says something about it’s in queens office, should I expect a approval any time soon?

10 mins after I post my questions, my case got transferred to a new jurisdiction

Just received notification that our case has been transferred to another USCIS office that has jurisdiction over it. I assume that means Nebraska but will have to see the letter to be sure. Significant though in that our case was at Vermont so maybe things are starting to move there now.

Hi @Jpheels22 - Did you file for N400? Or do you have only I751 pending at the moment?  And if you don’t mind, please share your EAC18XXXX (first 6 digits).

yesterday all VSC case starting with EAC18092XXXXX case was: Fingerprints review was completed, BUT today almost all of them got transferred to a new jurisdiction

USCIS usually announces when they are going to transfer batches of work to another Service Center.  We have now heard CSC has a bunch just got transferred to NSC.  We don’t know where your batch is going yet (so please us posted).  I assume they are going to either NSC or TSC.

Vermont filer, only I751 pending. Got the email. MYUSCIS account shows only Feb 2018 status. Guess we will find out shortly

Do you guys know EAC 18092 means which month and date

EAC180925XXXX is roughly the filing date of February 5, 2018 (+/-3 days).

 

It appears that the range between EAC180875XXXX and EAC180955XXXX

(Roughly about 2 weeks worth) for early February 2018 filers have been transferred out today, status indicated.

 

Where they are transferred to, we don’t know until someone gets a letter, but I suspect it goes to Texas.  CSC appears to offload to NSC, and VSC will probably do the same to TSC to even out the workload.  I suspect.

Hello everyone! 

 

I’m pretty late to the party. I my I-751 was received on 2/7/18 at VSC, did my biometrics 3/26/18, received the 18 month extension in August 2018, and today got the notification that my case was being transferred to another office. 

 

I read in the thread that there was some time limit with drivers licenses, can anyone give me more information about it? I’m planning on getting my license early March, but now I worry I might not get it or they’ll give me a hard time. 

 

Also, does anyone know if we have to share the extension letter and later the new GC with our current employers?
