Yeah, I just double checked her Green Card. It only has a middle initial. Not the full name or names. I don't know, I kind of feel like if that's the case they should have put all the names on the card or addressed her in communications by only the middle initial.

Still waiting on Biometrics appt for CSC and it seems that's gonna take forever. I have to drive out to Tijuana, Mexico tomorrow and just curious to see if all I need is my wife's expired residence card and the NOA1 that she received to come back to US without any issues.

Good to see VSC seems to be moving again! But I just did my check of the December and January filers threads and no CSC filers have heard anything yet.

 

USCIS still says they can't provide any info about my wife's case at this time. Are other still getting that?

So at California Service Center, is it taking longer than two months for finger prints? like is it taking 3-4 months?

A few of us have had that, including me. To make matters worse one of them was my I-751 reminder that had gone to my old address and forwarded to me, I really thought it was our biometrics appointment.

Recommend you read a few of the past pages for more information, yes, California is not moving and we're trying to establish why/when it will.
