My step daughter is 18, with an 1 month old baby. She is not married but still with her boyfriend, she was going to come to live with us when I applied a k1 for  my fiance(now wife) but she decided not to come due to she was attending school back then, now that she has a baby, what are the steps to bring her and her baby into the United States? Any help on this matter would be very helpful

thanks

You have no timeline and dates matter so start with those, when was the K1, how old was daughter when you married, are both daughter and baby looking to come at the same time?

And is father OK with this.

When we married she was 16, but she was not ready to come with us so we waited, now we want both to come at the same time before she turns 21, she is not married yet. Her boyfriend is OK with it, he wants to come to united States as well, unless he qualifies for joining my daughter and baby too. We are now sure what to do.

Well:

You can file for your step daughter

Your wife can file for Stedaughter and baby as a derivative.

You can file for step daughter, husband and baby

Each one progressively gets longer, last one is much longer.

Boyfriend can of course look for his own way to move to the US.

I'm American citizen, can I apply for my stepdaughter and baby for a green card? I think that would be a a bit faster

You can sponsor your step daughter, but not her baby. She can sponsor her baby.

That means filling separately? What form? I-130?

That one
