Yes I did . Just a simple one with AOS case no and the details regarding the response.

Also do not forget to include a copy of the RFE recieved and also the address you are supposed to send it cuz it would be different from the chicago address. Good luck

Yes I did. The cover letter stated all facts included in the exhibits of how they responds to the RFIE. And I agree that the copy of RFIE should be on the very top of everything. Don't forget to use the address they provided on RFIE letter.

Status on myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov changed to "We received your response to our request for more information. Your case is no longer on hold."

Woohoo!

The egov.uscis.gov website hasn't been updated. Looks like the dhs site is more accurate.

Oh, and I included a coverletter outlining what I have in the packet. I included the original RFIE letter in my submission because I forgot to photocopy it. But I scanned it before I sent it out, so I have a copy of it in my flashdrive.

I didnt include a cover letter. Just the RFIE that they sent me

Thanks everyone!  I decided to do the same as @Nikolet Kamenov and not include a cover letter.  It will be in the post tomorrow at last!  Overall this has added well over a month of delay, however, just glad it is done now.  I will update here once we receive confirmation it has been received by USCIS!

I just checked your timeline but realize you didn’t fill one out.  However It my be a courtesy letter stating the medical I -693 if you didn’t respond to one. But let’s hope it’s not a RFIE

I hope so. It freaked me out to be honest haha. Going to be stalking that mail truck.

So if we get a courtesy letter does that mean we won't be getting an RFIE?

Thanks! :)

Lol don’t worry too much my friend.

However as it relates to courtesy letters of the medical I have no idea if we will or we won’t I asked the same question before but never got an answer  so I’d love to know myself but let’s keep our fingers cross let us know when you receive it

Well, a courtesy letter may mean that there weren’t any deficiencies during the initial processing of your documents and the USCIS may just be writing to remind about a document to bring at the interview.

I asked if anyone there has recieved their EAD , apparently they are still waiting for EAD . I'm not really sure if the interview notice means they wont need an EAD and will get GC ????

Update: The letter was for another biometrics appointment (for the i-765) since I had to resubmit that. Kind of annoying that they won't just use the one I already did but oh well! Better than getting bad news. I think i'll try do an early walk in for this one.
