I'm putting together the i129f form and supporting material for the k1 visa. I was going to use some photocopies of passport pages from my fiance's passport as part of the evidence that we have met in the last 2 years (I have more than that).

Do the visa pictures need to be printed on photo paper like some places recommend for pictures of us together?

Assuming that isn't necessary, and printing them in color on normal printer paper is fine, is it alright if I type an explanation of the photos on the same page, or should they be on separate pages? My handwriting isn't the best, so I would prefer to type things whenever possible to make it easier on whoever reads my application. 

Something like:
Heading at the top (my basic contact info in case the paper is misplaced)
A color photo of the passport page containing the visa/entry stamp(s)
A typed explanation of the meeting located below that photo, on the same page
