So I have a filed a k1 visa for my fiancé who is from the ukraine. What are the chances of her getting approved for a b2 tourism visa while we wait for the k1? She is 26 years old, has passport stamps and multiple visas for many countries in Europe and has never overstayed her visa. She has no children and She does not have a job as she has been supported by her family.  She has never been married and has never applied for a visa to the USA except for the event k1.Does she have any chance of getting a b2 visa approved? I’m thinking since she has a history of not overstaying in Other Schengen countries she might have a chance.

98% chance of denial, it would be 100% but her previous travel history is a small positive

YMMV

Let us know how it goes. No harm trying.
