Assuming that you already did your BIO, that could be your EAD Approval.

Thanks! This seems very fast, only within 50 days. Matter of fact, I just called USCIS yesterday to expedite EAD with a job offer. The letter shows the date was Feb 12th, so should be before my request.

it could be your EAD. Can you let us know what it is? I have the same timeline as you. Did biometrics 2/2/18 now waiting..

I will keep you posted. I don’t think it’s the card, from what I read in the form the card should come in a package instead of a letter...

Hello guys

So I received a notice of rejection for my wife's EAD the reason was because I filled out on an outdated form. What should I send back with it jus the new filled out one. Also my other application has been received and are being processed I485 and the AP so those are good until further notice.

Thanks in advance for any responses.

Informed Delivery tells me there is a first-class letter from Lee's Summit under Department of Homeland Security, NBC. Anyone knows what this could be? I already did my bio 15 days ago...

Just got the mail, it is a yellow paper letter dated February 10th, saying my "Form I-693(Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record) submitted is no longer in use". However "I don't need to mail any document at this time, I will have to bring an updated Form I-693 to the interview appointment if I receive an interview notice in the mail. If my case does not require an interview, I will receive a Request for Evidence for Form I-693."

And it says at the end "DO NOT MAIL DOCUMENTS AT THIS TIME. Mailing documents before receiving one of the notices referenced above may result in a delay to your case."

Hopefully, this means at least they are working on my case and besides this out-dated Form I-693, everything else is good.

Good luck everyone!

I just got the same exact paper today. Mine says they haven’t received the 693 since I didn’t submit it. But to take with me to the interview.

I know hopefully this means no other RFE 🤞and good news they are working on the case . Hopefully the interview will be scheduled soon

Because they live in places that have less going on at their local USCIS centres. I won't expect an interview until October at probably the earliest but if it comes earlier I won't be upset lol

Sorry I haven't been around. I have been very stressed lately which is unfortunately putting me into a lot of pain. My husband is only at work like 2 days a week now due to IBS issues. I am trying to get him onto a new diet so that hopefully he can attend work again. Stress doesn't help him either so I haven't shown him how stressed I am to keep him less stressed. I worry about him losing his job. If he does and I can't work then it will be us living in our van at this rate with a cat. :( I know I know worse case scenario. I really hope I get EAD in March. I need to find work. This not working is killing me. I need to help out. My husband is stressed because he comes from a background of the husband takes care of his wife and he feels like he is failing that.

Anyway great to see so many moving along. :) I do try to read here once a week at least. I am trying to keep myself busy and less stressed so hopefully I can do that. lol

That was my marriage certificate. If you look back this thread page 35 you will see I already posted my RFE :)

I had to resubmit the CERTIFIED marriage certificate, the one I sent in beginning was regular copy only.
