Guys i only sent in my i130 so my hubby  can be able to enter U.S. 

i see some postings quoting that there are more costs involved once we get approved. 

How many more fees?

This is the situation for nearly every person filing around the same time as us.  I am in the same situation.  So while I think it is obnoxious, it is unfortunately the state of things right now.

  • March 2016 - began dating in Jakarta, Indonesia
  • February 2017 - engagement in Jakarta, Indonesia
  • July 2017 - married in Jakarta, Indonesia
  • December 2017 - I-130 Filed, priority date 04Dec2017
  • ERROR - As of February 20, 2017 Case Number still cannot be found in USCIS system

On vj timeline, you can see the statistics, November filers are being approved this month. I believe the reason behind why on USCIS site they put that date is for petitioners to start contacting if your visa isn't approved in their time line
