Everything went fine until our interview. Now we have a 221g due to my income, however I believe I am qualified so we sent more paperwork and paystubs to show this. If I just started a new job will they accept the paystubs of year to date plus my last year's self employment income or do they only use my last year's tax return and not this year's income? This is the Manila embassy if that matters. Has anyone had a similar case and how did it turn out? FYI a cosponsor isn't possible...

I’ll do that then but it’s gonna be after the baby my due date is approaching i think i am gonna step back from this for a while and focus on welcoming my baby i am just sad that my husband is not gonna be there for the big day.If nothing change after that soo i’ll take it from there and thank you. I heard that sometimes the petitioner has to attend an interview before the i130 approval if the beneficiary has been deported before or if the petitioner has petitioned for previous spouses. Is any of that the case or are there any other red flags?

Hi all, just wanted to share that hubby was documentarily approved by the NVC today (from Australia). We're over the moon because he's scheduled to come for a visit on Sept 1...I feel a tiny sliver of hope that if something magic happens, he might get his consulate interview date and green card before then. Just have to figure out the medical now--all of the other paperwork is ready to go, obviously.

Our approval was exactly 9 months after noa1 and that was with a 221g. We did get expedited so that saved us 2-3 months I'm sure. She picked up her passport yesterday. I know this is a long process for everyone so I hope you guys are VERY SOON!

And yet, we are still stick at USCIS due to their error and waiting to see if our expedite is approved.

 

However,  I am so so happy for you all!  Congratulations!!!
