 The perpetrator is believed to be Sayfullo Saipov. Originally from Uzbekistan, the 29-year-old has been living in Tampa, Florida. He has been taken to hospital and his injuries are not life threatening.

Seems fairly clear it was self inflicted by New Yorkers, after all they rented him a truck for $19 for 75 minutes.

Possible lawsuit to the truck manufacturer? What about the collusion between the truck maker and Home Depot. They are both in the business of selling a product that can be used to kill people.

 

Did Trump have a meeting with a russian who worked at home depot?

I would have though Home Depot would be the obviously target by the Lawyers, manufacturer would be more difficult.
