We are preparing the 129F.

My fiancee's  favorable annulment  decision is given by the court.

When should I file 129F. Will the certified annotated marriage(annulled)   papers  by the local CIVIL Registrar's office be enough at this stage of application .

Should I wait for Cenomar,  is it  also required at this stage.

Hope to hear from you. Thanks

If you have a copy of the marriage contract with the annotated divorce (annulment) stated on the sidebar then yes you can go ahead an apply using the 129F.  Keep in mind that the 129f process is now taking about 5-6 months to adjudicated. Welcome to having patience.

Not from the local Civil Registry... from PSA.       Must have the certificate of finality from the court registered with PSA.        Must be FREE to marry in the Philippines before filing the I-129F.

CENOMAR/CEMAR are not needed to file the I-129F

Hello again Hank I'm certain you have misunderstood my whole issue with the Philippine Government I am an American citizen who's been in a relationship for two years with a Fillippina I have lived therewith here for 3 months we got married on 8/17/17 and got our marriage certificate the next few days we went to DFA and tried to renew her just expired passport to her married name they told us about the CFO class so we scheduled it she went on Sept 29/17 and was told our Marriage

Wasn't valid so no one ever told us about an advance endorsement or how to do this we we're married by a judge in Naga City in a court room with lots of witnesses so when she goes to NSO now she's able to get a Cenomar that means she's not married also we've checked with the PSA office in Manila there's no record of us anywhere nor at the RTC city hall where we initially got our marriage contract what does this mean ?????????

Also we're not getting a K1 visa we were trying to get a CR1 visa but if there's no record of marriage maybe we can try for a K1.

No, you can't do that. If you are married then you need t go down the CR-1/IR-1 process. Trying for a K-1 would be fraud, even if the other marriage isn't fully registered yet (I read your other thread). And please stick to your own thread. Thank you.
