Comments : Thanks to all who read my timeline I had to go see what happens at the interview for myself it wasn't anything like I expected it wasn't an interrogation the Consular that everyone said was so hard on people at USEM was actually very kind. I went to all 3 windows with my wife at the third window the Consular asked who I was I kindly stated my name and the fact that I was the Petitioner she replied Thank you and I was asked to have a seat unless she needed me the interview took APPROXIMATELY 10 MINUTES. The questions were so simple Petitioner name , Birthday when you met, what site you met, address ,prior marriages, children and how many times I visited the Philippines that was it the Consular was asking the question while looking at my wife's eyes and typing on the keypad That simple she then told my wife in Tagalog congratulations your approved ( binabati Kita welcome to American) I think having front loaded our petition was the key then at the interview the said I uploaded even more to CEAC so much they had to check it all but the outcome was an Approval GOD is good 🙏 👍 Good Luck to all who goes through the process. We give the USEM Manila a rating of 10+!

The ROC petition started out bad with the so called loss of our package by UPS after it was delivered and accepted by USCIS one could wonder how this could happen a loss packet at the hands of UPS after the date that it was delivered then it reappeared never lost and then sent to NBC : UPDATE Today I came home and just happened to look at our USCIS Account online and found out we are approved God is Great our wait is over. :UPDATE: The 10 year card arrived in the mail today 4/6/23.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
