Hey Guys,

Sent I-130 on 6th October 2017 NOA1 received via text on 10th October. Still waiting on official letter. So waiting to find out where it’s being processed. My husband and I got married on 19th of August this year,  but we’ve been together for over 8 years, hoping for a quick process but we all know that’s highly unlikely. Does anyone else just worry that they will deny for no reason? Trying to stay positive, it’s so weird being married and not together 😕

Hey,

You are supposed to receive a receipt #..... in the text. The fist 3 letters indicates where your application is being processed.

USC = Potomac

VSC= Vermont

CSC= California

Ect....

And you can use the receipt "#......" on USICS website. You will get more information about your case.

Many people get approved.  So there is no reason you will not. It's a long and stressful journey. So we should be positive. Let's support each other !

Good luck to everybody !

You may make research on this website to see what people said about the different centers. But I think the timeline will give you the best informations. I'm trying to keep my mind out of the process now. As I have nothing to do at this stage.

I understand that, I’m heading over for a holiday in Feb, so keeping busy seems to be the only way to pass time.
