Lot of DACA renewals have been waiting from September/October 2017 as well. Is this why it is taking longer for I-765, C9 Category?

It has been 4 weeks since I finish my AOS interview and there is no update on my case? My interview went on pretty smooth.According to the Interview Officer, I am eligible for a 10 yr green card but my case has not been updated yet.

At the end of the interview, the IO gave me a letter which said my case is under review for 120 days. I understand this is a letter which most people receive at the end of the interview.

Should I contact USCIS now? or wait for 120 days?

I have already received my EAD and AP and I have plans to step out of the country for a few weeks.

My PD date is October 4, 2017

156 still no EAD

I contacted congressman Ombudsman office in regards to my delay and they reached out to USCIS, they requested for it to be expedited yesterday and today it was approved and card in production FINALLY!!!!.

Just so everyone is aware if you are not, there is no longer a 90 day period as told by the USCIS officer. Because of their new system, they work on applications as they are received so there is no time span as to how long the process can take sadly. My advice do not sit and just wait, try to do as much as you can. Info passes help as well and if you find that you can never get an appointment date, the calendar opens during the early parts of the morning try checking around 1:00am and so forth.
