Need more info. What was the reason for denial? Who is petitioning for you? How long has it been since you reapplied? there may not be much for you to do but wait.

Sounds like they believe that you married your first wife just to get permanent residency. And it sounds like you are having a tough time convincing them otherwise.

Having a baby with your now wife doesn't convince them that your previous marriage wasn't fraudulent.

They do not believe even my current  marriage . We got dozens of affidavits from friends and family but they still say its not enough.

Affidavits carry very little weight. They need documented evidence of a bona fide marriage...commingling of finances, photos together over time, etc. A child together is unlikely to change the result.

Filing for another spouse within 5 years of obtaining your green card via another spouse requires meeting a high bar of evidence that thee marriage is bona fide.

I think at this point you need a lawyer. You are clearly doing something wrong.

Have you had a surprise home visit?

Are they asking for evidence of bona fide marriage for you first marriage or you second marriage? What evidence have you given them?

Work permits are taking anywhere from 90 days to 150 days currently. So you are just going to have to wait. It seems youve had work permits before and they were processed quickly. That use to be how it was. Currently it is delayed.
