I do have one serious question,  after reading so many comments on this forum about work permit  ( the c9 and c31) it got me thinking, because my attorney filed mine with c31 which means I have to wait for my i360 to be approved.  My problem is, the wait is killing me and I told my attorney about the difference but she said she didn't make any mistake that the category c31 is right 4 me, but I have been reading and many people are filing c9. Please  what should I do, can I file a new one myself with the category c9 or I should wait after all February case is almost round the corner.  Thanks

If you have a pending AOS  and YOU  need to work asap then the right category is C 9.

my EAD took approx 110 days. it says nov 8th card was produced but still waiting on it.

VSC can send out your EAD without updating the status. Something could be wrong if you have not received your EAD card yet. Have you changed address?
For the case I posted a few days ago, the EAD card will be delivered on 11/27/2017 according to USPS informed Delivery but the status is still "Card Produced".

Hello everyone,

I'm under the first prima facie. I come to USA under f1 visa. If I enroll to graduate programme during pending vawa, what status am i under? F1 or something else? Can I enroll for some language programme (Spanish class) in college?

If you didn't make your F1 out of status, you are still on F1 visa. You can enroll in any programs which can issue you I-20. Some of the language classes are not eligible to issue you I-20. You need to check.

Is the (first time / not renewal) EAD sent out by regular mail? or special mail like priority with a tracking number?

All cards are sent via Priority Mails by USCIS but USCIS does not provide tracking number anymore. You can register your own account with USPS to get informed delivery.

Had my infopass today. Lady said she will talk to the person in charge of scheduling and see if they can push my case up. My file has been in my local office since September. I'm praying 🙏🏼 I almost cried and told her I hadn't seen my family in two years and desperately need to go visit. Hoping that they will work in my favor. I'll Let you guys know once I receive an update.

When I filed my i360 together with AOS and EAD ,the fee was waived and it stated on the receipt notice, so my question is. Is it the same thing as case pending, if u understand what I mean.

I have a question. Once your vawa is approved and you got your GC;  how long do you have to wait before you can apply for your citizenship?
