I'm happy for both of you Ubahsi & PrincyE as looks as if both are filing for your loved ones from Ghana. I filed for my husband back in Nov of 2016 so be thankful neither of u got stuck in Nebraska as I am. My husband is in Ghana and is so anxious to get here and nothing but delays , so we are both frustrated. May God get us thru soon..

Thank you very much Sundee I am extremely grateful!!! The K-1 process was nerve wrecking so I can only imagine what you must be enduring going through the CR-1 process. I'm so sorry to hear that your case is stuck in Nebraska, hopefully it will be processed with good results soon. I've heard the timeline for CR-1 is 12-15 months so if that's the case you are almost there.. keep having faith and hold on your time is coming!

What's sad is my lawyer filed K/3 1-139f already married and I believe lawyer set me back by doing that since I see K/3 no longer used. I'm very frustrated at all this and at my lawyer for not filing correctly.

Wow, are you serious? With all the information available on the internet pertaining to immigration there's no reason your lawyer should have made such a negligent mistake. Sounds like a refund is in order.  A lot of people on this forum have had similar experiences with attorneys. It's really unfortunate.. hopefully your issue will be resolved expeditiously.

Approved from Ghana! We thank God ! All last night I was very nervous leading up until my fiancé interview because so many people would say Ghana is a high fraud embassy so many K1's don't get approved and that you have to front load your petition this and that which may be true , but we made it. I can honestly say I sent about 15 pictures maybe 10 chats a plane ticket stamp and that was it. My fiance was in this with me 150% he did his part so well. I never felt like i was doing all of this by myself even though we are 9000k miles apart. My fiance was only asked 3 questions and he was interviewed my a young African american man. Guys it doesn't feel real yet. It doesn't. We have had so much support during this whole process from both of our families our church, friends and this group has been beyond helpful. My fiance was so confident and went into this with such a positive attitude which helped a lot. I feel so emotional writing this because I would always pray and say God if you are for this please allow this to happen all the way from the beginning and the signs just kept coming. I'm so excited and so happy. For those who are still waiting may your blessing happen soon. Never stop praying. This is only the beginning of something amazing ❤

So happy for you, congratulations
