Embassy Review : My fiance went for his interview on May 16th, I was in Ghana so I accompanied him to the embassy and waited for him outside. The interview was scheduled for 7am however they did not start letting people in until 7:10 or so, after a long 5 hours he finally came outside. He casually walked over to me with a straight face as he got closer to me he started to smile at that moment I knew he was approved!!!!!!!

He said the interview was pretty straightforward, he was only asked 3 questions:

1. How did you meet your fiance?
2. Have you made any wedding plans?
3. What kind of work do you plan to do once you arrive to the states?

After my fiance replied to all the questions the CO said sounds great you are APPROVED!!!!!!!!!

I'm sure his interview was easy due to the fact I front loaded and provided pretty strong evidence supporting our relationship. I honestly think the decision is 95% predetermined based on evidence provided before the actual interview so make sure you front load with qualitative evidence in advance to save yourself any trouble.

Best of luck to you all!
Rating : Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
