How did this end? if you don't mind sharing...

I submitted documents and also went in to local office after not receiving any reply. Local office collected documents and submitted them for me.

Never heard back, did not get expedited. I stopped pursuing it as it was near time for approvals for June anyway.

I ended up getting non-expedited approval on Dec 22.

I did not expect my case to have a high chance of expedite based on what I have heard/read they will expedite for. You may have a better case and better results.

Thanks for your input! My case has had updates every few days so I am hopeful. I do have strong ground for expedite.

Strong grounds like what? (Just interested- because this question comes a lot and would be nice to help people in the future)

the only real strong ground in k1 is deployment of a military member.

The employer is not able to find replacement. Therefore employment termination will also lead to closure of business at this location. It also leads to severe financial loss to an employee.

I am adjusting from F1 is that matters.

So you're not a k1 visa trying to expedite i129f case? In that case things may differ.

for k1 that wouldn't be any strong grounds because marriage has no affect to the employment.

I am on F1 trying to expedite on marriage based AOS. Not sure how these case differ, but I would certainly like to know the difference.

This is a fiancé visa...

to bring your fiance so employment cannot expedite this case because getting approved early won't help the petitioner who is also a fiancé. One can work without a fiancé.

this is to bring someone to US not for a case that is already in US.

If you are trying to expedite AOS based on that reason, this is a very low chance of success IMO. You do not require a green card to resolve your underlying issue regarding employment. You just need authorization to work.

If you are trying to expedite the EAD (filed due to a pending AOS), then this is far stronger case.

I am trying to expedite EAD only. I did not even know it is possible to expedite the entire AOS case :)

My bad if this is a wrong thread.
