I was trying to fill it out but it says I have to enter an interview date....which obviously makes no sense my husband has not been given a date yet. What did you put there? The field is required otherwise I would skip it.

Just put a placeholder date. Write down the specifics in the text section. I did the same.

Hello just wanted to let you know that I have received my oath appointment letter today under docu tab (original still on a way) and it is scheduled for March 4th

I was confused by that too. I just put in todays date and explained my issue in the comment section.

Emailed everything to the Chicago caseworth email address they provided. Let's see if anything happens....

A quick update. Received interview scheduled notice yesterday, interview in mid March. My timeline:  Filed in mid June 2020, biometrics reuse notice at end of December.

Still no updates here. Contacting Tammy Duckworth's office has proven to be a dead end. Received this canned response today:

 

"Thank you for your inquiry regarding this constituent’s immigration matter. Our review indicates that this case is within USCIS's current processing time. Processing time information can be found on our website on the USCIS Processing Time Information page. For employment-based or family-based Forms I-485, Forms N-400, or Forms N-600, please check processing times for the local field office. Once further action is taken, a notice will be sent to the address of record."

I would also try the other Senator, and your Representative. There's a lot of variation between different politicians.

 

I had a great response from my local Representative, but no response at all from Senator Schumer's office, despite multiple emails and phone calls.

Thanks for the idea, I will look into it! Honestly, I have nothing else better to do with all this waiting than to bother people. 😆

Try the other Senator and your house of representative as well. Did you make your enquiry specific for biometric appt? Please make it specific to biometric appt scheduling.
