Holy moly... Yesterday It showed me estimated completed date will be March 2018 (7 Months). Today it's showing September 2018 (13 months).....

I think current processing timing lines showing charlotte field office is September 2016.. That might be effected in online USCIS account.

We are hoping it's just a glitch. Mine moves from April 2018 to March 2019 (19 months). I don't know why I am not even panicking lol.

Funny to see you over here on N-400 thread. I think we were on I-751 together. We were originally going to file N-400 in July, but the application was rejected because we used the wrong edition date form -- thanks to USCIS not updating the link on the N-400 webpage... Delayed us nearly 2 months. lol. Whatever, we're not in a rush now, since we have the 10 year gc already. Our NOA for N-400 is now 8/9 I believe. I'll add us to the chart when we get the 797.

Now I wish i were a VSC filer,lol. The processing speed for CSC is so damn slow and it is frustrating. I have diverted my attention to 400 because we might not even get our 10 year green card by our 400 interview. I will keep you updated. I am still checking to see if the check is cashed. Might take another week or so. At least I have gotten the ball rolling even though 751 appears to be pending indefinitely. Sure, please, add us to the chart we both get the 797. I thought NOA is 797? You got your already? One thing to be careful about on this forum. If you deviate from 751 discussions, the moderator here might remove your post. 751 of CSC is moving 5 days per month, I think if this rate continues, I am looking at another 6 to 9 months before I hear something from them about my 751, but when the time comes, my 400 interview is probably available..lol, And they might just combine the two and adjudicate them at the same time..

I just checked https://www.uscis.gov/n-400 and noticed that they had updated "Form G-1145 E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance"!  

 

It's a good thing I caught it before sending off my N-400 application package!

Wow, good catch. You know, perhaps it's just me, but I just assumed that the N-400 form linked on the official website would be the correct edition date. But noooooo..... USCIS kept the old (March 2016) edition linked on the website through at least April of 2017, when I downloaded it, even though the new edition (December 2016) was available elsewhere on the website for months, apparently. Only a search for "n-400 form pdf" got me a direct link to the correct edition date. I can only imagine how much money USCIS wasted from December to whenever they finally updated the link on the N-400 site mailing back rejected applications. You would think they would have a process in place to update links when new forms come up. Sheesh! The lesson is: always check the date of the form your sending is current on the day you mail it! And please get your act together USCIS. I Know you're all very busy, but leaving out of date forms online just wastes everyone's time and money.

 

Oh and here's the kicker: I looked in excruciating detail for any differences between the two forms (March and December), and couldn't find a single letter different.
