hey dear, quick question.

Is it your AP come with your EAD?

coz, when I checked EAD was producing, but last time I checked my AP case is still same

thanks

Hello dear, firstly congratulations 🌻🌻🌻

Yes, it is a combo card, you would receive your card along with a letter providing instructions. As soon as your EAD status says "emailed" you should wait 3 business days to get it.

My AP case status never changed, relax.

Yes it is all processed together in one combo card.

When you get a chance you should update your profile information to " Filed for: Adjustment of status"

I had INFOPASS appointment on 8/22. The initial reason was EAD delay, since I got it before appointment I asked them about the GC appointment and the officer said that by January I would be getting the notification no matter if I came on K1 Visa.

We got our AOS interview date very quickly, our AP was approved and received EAD still pending. Hopefully the interview is successful and it does not matter about the E A D

Hello guys,

I have question, did anyone know about estimate receiving the EAD? How long usually it takes?

I applied along with my AOS, and I had been doing fingerprint (biometric)

Thank you in advance
