Not at all. We're  just worried because her family is here and that the interviewer might think she just want to get married to stay here with her family. But We are truly in love and want to start a family together.

You can apply any time you want. You will need mainly I-485, I-130, I-864, application for EAD and AP (optional) plus all the supporting documents and fees regarding each of these forms Few other forms are supplemental documents like medical form, e-notification form etc. Don't rush it. take your time to do your research.

This is very confusing. Previously you said your son wants to marry someone here on a student visa. Now it's you. Also last year you asked about petitioning for a k-1 fiancé visa. What's going on?
