I dont plan on AoS with same person since she isnt in the states. I meant if i wanted to do a AoS with someone else in the future if i ever did find someone, would it cause problem with the USCIS being approved.

I am the petitoner on the case, what problems would come up if i were to petition someone through a AoS in a year or so. I know the interview would bring up the question about the k1 but does it affect the approval of the paper work.

It may put a bit more scrutiny on you and the new person.  May raise a few additional interview questions.   But life happens.  Just be sure to answer truthfully in the future and tell any new person about the K1 petition as it would likely come up in the interview.

Once you petition second time, uscis will send you a notice "we put you in our special database to keep tracking people who petition 2 or more times blah-blah-blah"  It is not a problem for real relationship))

just send a letter to the consulate saying that you dont want continue the process for k1 , they will send the case back to uscis.

the case will be close automatically when they send case back, but you need close the case, because if you dont close the case will continue open and will effect future petition,

it is simple send a letter to the consulate with your name, beneficiary  , uscis number and NVC number, date of birthday and just say you dont want continue that process.

If you are a petitioner and filed for your fiance for K1 and its waiting for interview. And if you are 100% sure. YOu don't wanna continue. Withdraw the case and by contacting embassy and also USCIS. Once its withdrawn, it will be closed. When you apply for a K1 again. You gonna need to write a waiver for multiple filer stating who you applied for before and why you withdraw and that's it. It will have a little more scrutiny but nothing more. As its you the petitioner. If beneficiary have different K1 petition, that's a different situation.

I also had a Fiancé from Vietnam and the relationship fell apart during the K-1 process. I made sure I withdrew the case. It will not affect future plans. You will have to write a letter explaining what happened when you apply again. Good Luck.
