Wooow so happy found June fillers. Am yet to submit  my Aos this month. Have question what evidence should I send it with? And my  husband does have insurance  will it be a problem? Any answer be will be much appreciated thank you 😊.

I've decided not to send all supporting documents again since USCIS already has them. I've sent corrected forms and a cover letter clarifying that all supporting documents were provided with the original submission.

yesterday my status changed into "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" i hope it won't take too long.

 

June 9 -   AOS sent 

June 12 -  AOS Received

June 19 -   3 emails & 3 text received

June 23 -   3 Paper NOA Received, 

June 23 -   Biometric Letter Received

July 06 -   Biometric Appointment

July 10 - RFE in mail

July 13 - Send my RFE

July 18 - USCIS recieved my RFE documents

July 25 - Notice to applicant about medical exam

July 26 - Ready to schedule for an interview

You don't need to send proof of relationship or evidence of marriage other than the certified marriage certificate. All other bona fide evidence should of been turned in during I129f. However if called for an interview, you need to take everything, even all documents submitted during I129F and any immigration documents, like all your USCIS letters and NOA'S

Today is 2 weeks since my biometrics and I'm checking the mail everyday religiously lol. No case update but also no RFE, fingers crossed!

March 16 2021 - Interview & same day Oath Ceremony, Ft. Myers FL - Officially a US citizen!

February 8 2021 - Interview Scheduled for March 16th

January 20 2021 - Received Biometric Reuse Letter

September 1 2020 - Filed Online

December 14 2020 - Green Card Received

December 12 2020 - Approval Notice Received

December 8 2020 - Approval Email, Case Status Updated

November 4 2019 - Completed Biometric at USCIS Tampa

October 26 2019 - Received Biometric Appointment Letter - Scheduled Nov 4th

July 25 2019 - Received 18 Month Extension Letter

July 23 2019 - Check cashed

July 22 2019 - Text notification, #YSC Potomac

July 17 2019 - Packet delivered

02/01/2017 - MARRIED!!!

05/28/2017 - Package Sent

05/30/2017 - Package delivered 

06/09/2017 - Package returned (outdated I-130)

06/12/2017 - New package sent

06/14/2017 - New Package delivered

06/20/2017 - Check cashed

My case number starts with MSC and my biometric was in Yakima Washington state, still don't know where the interview will take place but I will update as soon as I get the letter.
