No update on EAD yet. Hopefully this means he will get approved at the interview for the green card, therefore husband wouldn't need EAD. Others had this happened and were approved on the spot. 

 

Some people here have stated that their case update said READY TO SCHEDULE FOR INTERVIEW and weren't given a date yet. I thought that was different, it must be part of testing something new for faster processing I hope.

How long do you have to wait for your biometrics after the fingerprint fee was received? Mine was received June 30.. still waiting.. thanks for your response

Should be coming any day now!!!

Did you get your NOA1 on the mail?

Just make sure you have the correct address because there is no update on the USCIS website when they mail the biometrics appointment so the only thing you'll get is the actual appointment letter, no e-mail, no text and no update on the website, you can also call USCIS to make sure that they didn't mail you anything.

4/18 - Married !! 

6/21 - Sent packet to Chicago lockbox concurrent filing of I-130/ I-485

6/22 - Packet Received and signed for

6/28 - Received 3 texts/emails for NOA at 9:33

7/05 - Received NOA in mail

7/08 - Received biometrics appointment letter! 

7/20- Went in for Biometrics Appointment here in Gardena, CA

 

My appointment was at 10AM but I arrived at the location at 9:29 and was out by 9:40, it was a very quick process. Excited to see that someone has gotten their interview date already!!

06/23 Packet picked up and signed for

06/27 Cheque cashed

06/27 3x emails/texts received at 11:55 pm saying cases for 485, 765, and 131 are processing

07/01 3x I-797 Notices of Action received via USPS

07/08 Biometrics appointment I-797 

07/21 Biometrics completed at East Hartford ASC - in and out in 5 minutes.

Got my biometrics appointment for Aug 2.. I also have RFE. Don't know yet waiting for it.. just found out from the website...🤔🤔

Day 53, no RFIE yet, I-485 still on Fingerprint fee was received. Case being processed at NBC. I will wait until day 91 to send a SR if no changes on I-765.

wow, that's frustrating, but I noticed that this is something that's going on on everybody as far as I have seen here...every time that I look at my EAD and AP prediction on my timeline it is further away...there are actually a thread about it and someone thinks that it could be due to the summer vacations, I'm sorry to hear but I think that some people are just luck and their case end up been processed before...anyway, I'm sorry that you're waiting so long already without any updates, have faith and patience, hang in there and if you want to talk we are here to hear.
