What do to when separated after applying for ROC?

He only need to show social security card and number as well as state ID to verify if he is eligible to work in the US, if the employer asks for proof of status that's the time he need to show the extension letter (NOA1)

Ask them to do it again. I had issues at the DMV and went to 3 level in e-verify because they couldn't get me verified called them again and again and they insisted they couldn't do anything until I finally got a sweet girl who found out they had entered to letters in my name wrong.

I tried to do everify for him three times with my address and his new address and it will not work. This pops up:

If you guys just separated and not yet divorce then just wait for the update of his application. If your husband receive and RFE - Request For Evidence letter then provide the additional evidence, if his lucky, he will get his approval without RFE and interview invitation. I can say for now just wait for the update of the application then take the next action from there. It's a long process and it will be a year and sometimes more than a year.

There's only two choices when filing...married or not. You're married still..he might still get approved if or they may choose to put his case on hold until the divorce is final and it will automatically be processed as a divorce waivered case. You most certainly can do ROC is separated but not divorced...you've done everything right. 

 

Not that any of that was the original question but it seems to have devolved into that.
