Confirmed !! I got a CC.. Was on hold for 30 mins.  Hope everyone gets their CC very soon.

Hi @JBMG

 

I'd like to fill the spreadsheet, buy my case was approved expedite, skipping the 11-week review process and been sent to U.S. Embassy.

Would my expedite approval date count as my case complete date? Or how should I fill that out?

13-Mar-18 - POE

27-Apr-18 - Green card received

13-Jan-20 - Mailed out I-751 packet

15-Jan-20 - NOA date

12-Feb-20 - Biometrics appt completed; Status: Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken

07-Oct-20 - Case ready to be scheduled for interview

06-Jul-21 - Interview scheduled

Yes, I just received mine.  Please add yourself to our spreadsheet.

Yes, that would be considered a CC, when adding yourself to the spreadsheet, there is a notes section, please write in that area that your case was  approved for an expedite, and give the reason why you requested for an expedite.. This will help others.

02/17/2017: NOA2, I-130 approved 

02/24/2017: Notification received on App (I130 Approved)
02/26/2017: Approved I-130 sent to NVC

02/28/2017: (NOA2) Notification received via snail mail.

03/11/2017: Received email with case number and invoice number
03/11/2017: DS 261 Completed

03/11/2017: AOS fees paid

03/17/2017:IV Fees Paid

03/23/2017: DS 260 Submitted

03/23/2017: AOS & IV Package sent

03/27/2017: Scan date

05/30/2017: Case Complete

06/02/2017: Received Interview date over Phone(scheduled to Jul 17th)

06/03/2017: Received P4 letter over email confirming the Interview date

06/08/2017: Medical done

07/16/2017: Biometrics scheduled

07/17/2017: Interview in Mumbai

07/17/2017: Visa Approved

07/19/2017: Passport received at VAC, Intimation received.

07/20/2017: Passport in Hand

You can find my scan date and 152 other scan dates in our NVC Case Status Spread Sheet -  2017 (save this link in your browser) . Lots of great info collected in the spreadsheet. Our VJ community from March, April, May, and June Scan dates have been fantastic in keeping it up to date. I've learned so much, especially about those unfortunate checklists!! Hopefully, those that are preparing their NVC file look over that section. And not have to suffer an additional delay of 9-11+ weeks..

Hey guys ! I got my CC yesterday. There is a list of documents that are missing but I can take them with me at the Embassy so there is no delay wish is just amazing.

Though, I have a question. I know that we are supposed to wait for instructions coming from the Paris Embassy. But are they going to send us an email or an actual letter ?
