There really is no rule on how much detail you need to include as far as your relationship timeline. Personally I would try to keep it at around 1 page maximum, but you know your relationship best and if it is complicated as you say, it is better that the officer reviewing your case has all the information that they need. All they really need to know is that you have met in person at least once, how you met, and that you are currently intending to get married.

Nowhere in the application does it ask you to write a story. You are asked to describe the circumstances that would establish that you have met face to face, at least once, within the past 2 years, prior to filing the petition.  This can be achieved by adding simple lines.

For example: "We met on Christmas of 2016 while I was visiting some friends in Morocco. We began dating and <name of fiancee> came to visit me and met my family for a week, from February 10th 2017 through the 17th."

USCIS Does not need the specifics of your relationship... at all. They don't care

The thing is, I have sacrificed so much to be with him. I've lost my family and while I was in Morocco, I was even abused and almost homeless all to be with him. I thought I would include that so they know how much we have been through just to be together.

They truly do not care. I'm sorry. Five pages is a complete overkill and that means you are not following the instructions they are giving you.
