Please use paragraphs and sentences.  One giant run on sentence is hard to read.

You can not use illegal income from babysitting where you are not reporting taxes on the I-864.  To use the income for immigration purposes, you and your employer must pay taxes.

You will need a Joint Sponsor for your husband since you can not meet the I-864 financial requirements.

Your ex-husband can be the Joint Sponsor for your current husband.  However, this is a GIANT RED FLAG.  Why would your ex-husband want to take financial responsibility for your current husband?

Totally agree with @Jojo92122. This is going to just create problems for you. Why do you want to complicate it by bringing the ex-husband into it? Is there not any other joint sponsor you can find?

hello..i need some help and/or advice...

im a 48 year old woman from the united states whom recently married my husband who is 24 in jordan....

ive been reading up and studying so much even as far as contacting visacoach and lawyers...but want the feed back of couples that have actually dealt or dealing with my situation....

i have been divorced and remarried again...when i was in my previous marriage my then husband provided for me financially....since my divorce i now collect support about 10,000 or a bit more a year....

i do not have any previous tax returns being he always claimed me on his taxes and i didnt have to work....now i am remarried and still collecting and working as a baby sitter receiving cash as per my employer...

.so again i have no stated income coming in....but can provide a written letter from my employer....

i have a joint sponsor but needless to say looking at his tax returns he made less then 10,000 a year and  they would laugh at us....

how many joint sponsors are allowed for the spousal cr1 visa...

.can social security benefits be included as also any other access to money like accounts

...i do not have any assets....so thats out of the question....

can my ex husband who has previous tax returns and whom is also remarried be a joint sponsor or is that out of the question...

i have all photos...receipts....screen shots of conversations....cards from family and friends congratulating us on our marriage which was last month in april in jordan....a court house wedding and

we know we must prove its a bona fide marriage due to the age gap...

.i've been studying this since 2013....

so with the above questions im hoping someone can help me out...and do you think hiring a visacoach to fill out the paper work and submit worth it....and i ask because i know one just one small blank space or one detail and/or question left blank will result in denial...

please someone help me bring my husband to the united states....we are crushed and devastated being apart...thank you...

You have no assets, no real income and seemingly nothing keeping you in the US. Could you be the one to move, would be much simpler.

Not sure what visacoach is, but if you need legal help appoint a Lawyer, not sure one would help in this situation.

You are aware that you have several red flags which might warrant scrutiny, correct?

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..
