We sent ours with a return signature card. They still stamp the card with the date received and "CSC" even though its a P.O. Box. I wanted to make sure that they got it.  Ours was stamped May 2nd. Check is not cashed yet and no response yet. From what I can tell CSC is taking around two weeks to cash check and send NOA1.

Thanks! @MovinOn I read some responses here that the package was being held on the USPS location and USPS leave a notice to the delivery address since no one is available to sign and accept the package, that's why I did not require signature. But mainly you're right we want to make sure they got our package so I'm really not sure if someone is really accepting the package on the P.O. Box location because based on what I read it was a mixed experienced. I don't want my package being held on the USPS location because of signature required that's why I decided not to required signature :)

Well, i used FEDEX and i did not get into any discussions about requiring a signature so I am guessing it's going to be a regular delivery. Besides, you have a valid point about it being a P.O. Box and not really handing it out to anyone. It would suck if the package gets held at a location for X period of time when it could have been getting registered into USCIS database already.

Did you have the physical address for the CSC?  You can't send a FedEx to a PO Box.

If I my suggest on this group. I created an online account on USPS.com website so I can track all my incoming and outgoing package and mail. This way I know if I missed any letters or if USPS lost and did not deliver my mail and package. It's free anyway so it wont hurt a thing and it has a real time email and text notification update of your incoming and outgoing mail and package.

Hi! Im also a May 2017 filer and about to send my application too. I have some questions before I finally submit my I-751.

1. What's  the method of shipping I should use? Others used FedEx but others were saying that you can't send FedEx using P.O. Box. And while others use USPS Priority Mail, should I require a signature for this? I believe using USPS Priority Mail will give us tracking number where we can keep track too on our Mail/package.

2. For the payment, what's the best form of payment? I am thinking to use a Money Order. Will this be fine? What name did you put in your money order.  I should put the correct name since they are strict with this.

3. Is it better to create an account online for my application? If i do create an account will I still receive a notice from our mail and at the same time to my email?

Hope someone answers me this. Thanks!

@mlh... Life saver you are. I had no clue FEDEX does not ship to P. O. Box, and the lady who attended to me did not say so as well. How ridiculous! Good thing the FEDEX ship center is literally right across from my Job. I ran there, having the back of my leg touch the back of my head, it think that's termed "fleeing". Glad i was able to get it back. I probably have lost 2 pounds from trying to send out my docs today with going back and forth... I'll just go to USPS tomorrow.

had enough for one day..

1.  We did USPS Priority Mail and you do get a tracking number.  I sent ours last Thurs and got the notification that it was delivered on Tues this week.  Once I had the tracking number, you can sign up for text alerts on the website.

2.  We sent a personal check.  If you go to the guides at the top of the page, the ROC section tells you exactly who to write out the check our money order to.  It's US Dept of Homeland Security, but tells you about not abbreviating, etc.

3. See point 1 for text alerts.

- I used USPS since FedEx dont have access to P.O. Box delivery destination and I did not require signature because I'm not sure if someone will gonna sign there since it's a P.O. Box address and not actual office.

2. For the payment, what's the best form of payment? I am thinking to use a Money Order. Will this be fine? What name did you put in your money order.  I should put the correct name since they are strict with this. - I used our joint checking account so we can monitor if the check is already cash out or not though money order works too, not sure though how can you monitor if the money is already cash out using money order

3. Is it better to create an account online for my application? If i do create an account will I still receive a notice from our mail and at the same time to my email? - yes, its better to create an online account so you can monitor the progress of your application. It has an option as well to send you email and text notification update of your application.

Hope someone answers me this. Thanks!

1/30/15 - FINALLY got a reply to my email to remove the attorney from the DS-261

3/9/15 - Called NVC and they have checklisted us for an "incorrect" decree absolute from the UK, even though it is the legal official document. Have requested a supervisor review.

4/28/15 - Called and NVC said supervisor had reviewed and now claimed that the decree absolute was not included. After disagreeing with the less than helpful lady on the phone, and her not being able to get the review time right. (She kept changing her story between 42 days and 30 days).

4/30/15 - Sent the same copy of the decree absolute to the NVC from the UK, highlighting the "decree absolute" wording with a letter stating that this is the only document provided by the UK government.

5/6/15 - Scan date for checklist received.

6/5/15 - Case complete!!!

6/12/15 - Called and interview is scheduled for July 1!

6/14/15 - Received email with interview date and instructions.

6/19/15 - Case showing as ready on CEAC.

7/1/15 - Approved at interview!!!

7/6/15 - CEAC changed to Administrative Processing

7/7/15 - CEAC changed to Issued!!!!!

7/10/15 - Passport and packet delivered!

7/29/15 - Husband entered with visa at Dallas/Fort Worth airport

9/29/15 - GC delivered!!!

5/4/17 - ROC packet sent via USPS

With your personal check does it also show your address? I think USCIS suggests that you if you use personal check your name and address should be on the check(if Im not mistaken.) The check that we have only has a name on it without our address that's why Im thinking to just use Money Order instead.

I am referring to creating an account online with USCIS. What form did you use when you created an account in USCIS?

- I used USPS since FedEx dont send have access to P.O. Box delivery destination and I did not require signature because I'm not sure if someone will gonna sign there since it's a P.O. Box and not actual office.

Thanks!

Hi! I want to know if you filled up a form when you created an account in USCIS? And what's the account you created online? I think there are different account for USCIS notifications online. Got things confused. Sorry
