i-130 How long I-130 process and is there any Benefit being in the Military for the application ?

I apply my wife ( China) i-130 in February. My Priority date is Feb 15 2017. I received Form i-797C Notice date 17 Feb 2017. Today i check and case status is in Initial Review. What is the next step and how long will it take ? is anyone can tell me when will visa available from my Priority date?  I really have no idea how exactly it's work.  I am currently with US Army , would that be any advantage for this case or nothing at all ? Thanks.

Nope. No benefits I believe. You'd probably be able to expedite only with the deployment orders.
