Congratulations. I am waiting for my visa approval for 3 months after IV interview. They say that my application is still under AP. :(

Was any additional information requested at the interview? If so, has it been submitted?

No, CO said that all docs are completed and but we need check more. But I don't understand why so long and slow if all docs completed.

Have you sent an email to the embassy inquiring into the status?

Yes, but they do not ask for it. So, would it not look strange to submit it? Is it sure it will be added to the case?

I frontloaded, submitted extra evidence during the NVC and my husband took new evidence to the interview. I figured anything I wanted the CO to see ahead of the interview I was going to submit. They may not ask for it, but you can submit more if you feel it will help your case.

Congratulations. Did you register with Dhl before the interview?

You don't need to register with DHL in Ghana for your visa. The embassy will give you the blue paper which you or your partner takes to the DHL office two weeks later.

I also frontloaded the I-130, but is it possible to add more evidence of a bona fide relationship at NVC stage? If so, how did you do this?

Hi Michael - sorry for the late reply but in my case I did add alot of evidence of bonafide relationship at NVC stage although it wasn't requested. I added pictures, letters, chat logs, boarding passes of previous travel etc and just placed all in a folder which was named as supporting documents.

As result when my wife went to the interview they told her she didn't need to provide any new support documents since they had received most of it already. I think it helps them review the documents and make a decision beforehand which is actually very good.

I am tired. Stressed and depressed. Frustrated. Really. Every morning, afternoon, evening, and even midnight when I wake up check my status. Cry everyday. Just pray to the God, nothing else I can do. It's a torture. For what reason they are doing this, keeping cases under AP if USCIS and NVC checked and everything is approved. A hundred days they are checking. Come on, it's not joke.

So sorry, it's what we all are going through. We need a Ghana house we all use and share for visits lol the best you could do is try to relocate there if possible. Then when closer to time to come here deal with the proof of support
