how long does it take when documents are in review department? please and thank you

as per what i read on here, once they received your case, it is in the review department before it is being actively reviewed. so your case is either in the review department or being reviewed....

well, i don't think that is 100% because when i used to call before today all they would say is my case was received and when i asked them was it in the review department at least they would say no. but today the specifically told me it is in the review department. so it is either in the mail room lol or the department it needs to be in to be reviewed. i could be wrong tho.

Definitely, I will keep you updated. Did you receive a confirmation email from NVC that your documents had been received? We didn't, and I have heard that not everyone gets one. Some have made it to CC without ever receiving an auto-response from NVC confirming receipt.

3 N/A TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ONLY 5 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I have been calling NVC a few times the past couple of days and several reps have told me my AOS is missing a signature. I have the email I sent right in front of me and it has a signature on it. Wondering how what they are seeing differs from what I sent in. So confused with NVC right now.

Can't they just look at the email while you're on the phone? Why are they making more work for themselves??No wonder they keep getting  further and further behind.

None Available, On the Affidavit of Support Fee section for 9 weeks it said PAID, Yesterday it change to N/A, I been reading once it changes to that status usually means case has been completed I'm just waiting for an email from NVC confirming a case complete.

That is exactly what they did. I dont know how it is possible for them to see a blank space there when it is clearly filled in when I pull up the same email.
