Yes I saw a few February scan dates case complete in other topics, for example:
SC 02/01 -> CC 04/13
SC 02/02 -> CC 04/05
SC 02/08 -> CC 04/11

I have a February scan date too but I don't know exactly since we sent it through a lawyer and he only confirmed twice the NVC had our package but didn't give me the exact scan date, but I assume it's Feb 10th (or in the worst case Feb 13th). We have been in the process for almost a year and the anxiety of getting a checklist is eating me up.

Have been calling at least 1 to 3 times a week for an update. The review time at NVC went from 4 weeks to 11 weeks.

Check this thread out, its an online spreadsheet updated by grad_student. I look at the spreadsheet just to get an idea of when people are getting their Case Complete's (CC). Post your scan date there too so we can get some stats.

04.29.17.jpg (Saturday, April 29 2017)

My wife called me early morning saying "Look our case is complete!!!" I didn't believe her because we have yet to receive an email from NVC (I probably wont receive one until they decide on an interview date). But the day before on Friday i was getting "Service Unavailable" when checking the status of our visa application.

Before the status of 'Affidavit of Support Fee' was 'COMPLETED' then i suppose when the case went under review the AOS Fee went to N/A. I suppose this is the infamous "N/A" we should look out for- which should be a giveaway that your case is under review or soon to be completed.

This is how it looked on Sunday.

05.01.17.jpg (Monday, May 1 2017)

This is how it looked on Monday. Notice the changes throughout the 3 days. Weird too because this is all happening on a weekend when the office is closed. Which tells me the case had been completed on Friday 04.28.17.
