Here is the thing about tax returns. Politicians ,who have aspirations to run for president, spend their life manipulating what they show on their returns. They do this, they do that, the hide this,they donate that.....all for the release of their returns....to show they do the right thing.  That is why I have no desire to see politicians tax returns. They are deceptive.

 

Trump never was a politician so he never cared what his returns showed.

What is normal about not releasing your current tax retruns when you are the presidential candidate? Where did the negative income come from? Where did the income come from?  Is he really worth the 10 Billion he claims?  73 % of voters, including 50 % of all republicans want to see the returns including the supporting schedules.

2016 returns are not under audit and are due 4/15.  Will we see those returns?

Is he worth $10 Bil?  IDK, and IDC.  It's none of my business.  Nor yours.

Will we see them?  I hope not.  I have enough to worry about on my own plate, I don't need to worry myself with the taxes of others.

There is nothing normal about it, since every president since Nixon has done so. The so-called president and his followers believe that because they won the election they can rule as they please. Many dispute his claim he's worth that much, and he may be worth less than Ted Turner, whence his dislike for CNN. The MDRs don't like voices that don't come from their own echo chamber.

 

Perhaps in some alternate fact reality Trump is worth as much as he says he is, and his taxes are water tight. Most likely not in this one though.
