my timeline is set up too

The tables I make only look at NOA1 and NOA2. Because of your timeline being 3/7, the fact that you don't have NOA2 is reflected in the percentage.

 

Also if people don't update their timelines or have incorrect information, then the tables will be wrong by some small part as well. That's why if you look at really old data, like last year, a lot of it won't be 100%, not because they never got NOA2, but that they stopped updating VJ once they got it.

Can someone tell me if I'm overthinking what I wrote in the Privacy Release that's being sent to USCIS. I hope I wasn't too demanding or straight forward. I guess now I am worrying I was too much of a #######,  Someone tell me to calm down and not worry about it? I'm just overthinking this, right?  I realize demanding an RFE or approval was a bit much. Too late now...

 

For describing the problem I put,
"I would like an update to my case with either an approval or RFE as I have not heard anything since March. USCIS claims to only be processing January 1st cases, but have been approving March and April cases."

 

For describing what I have done to resolve the problem I put,

"I contacted USCIS and told them their case tracker is broken because people that have gotten approval still see their status as received. I have no idea what is going on with my case, but I'm expecting to hear something about it..

 

For stating the assistance I request and the outcome desired I put,

"My assistance is to get an update on my case with the specific outcome being a decision, either an RFE or approval."

I'm done with my blood test too, results in a week. What a blast. Nurses always make jokes because I get all nervous, but it goes well. Once I'm out is when I get sick with the dizziness and cold sweat. As if it wasn't hot enough already

I've seen people checking regularly after making their appointment that were able to reschedule for an earlier date, probably because someone else cancelled or rescheduled too, so you can always keep an eye there and try your luck
