I managed to get myself locked out of the case tracker today.  I was playing around with various scans and guess I ran too many   I'm not likely to hear for another couple weeks though, so I'll survive a couple days without it. Heh.

Congrats to everyone who got approvals today.  I'm getting so anxious for them to get to the end of the March

I am mostly a lurker on these forums so I know that the tracker is supposedly down, so I was very surprised to see that my case was APPROVED.  Today I got a notification from the USCIS app telling me that I was approved, and was shocked because I haven't been expecting anything from the USCIS tracker.  I have had absolutely no communication with USCIS since the NOA1 (no RFEs, name/address changes).  Maybe I was extremely fortunate in this case but be sure to check your trackers and enable notifications on the apps!  I still have yet to receive an email.  I know there are others that have been waiting a lot longer than I have, I hope everyone receives their NOA2s soon.  Here are some pics to show that the tracker apparently works for some of us.  Best of luck to all of us!

Does anyone know an easier way to get through FB messages? I'm trying to get to January of this year but there's so many messages and it's so long. I can't get to it and it will take about 3 hours of scrolling.  I've tried it on both my phone and web browser. The search function doesn't seem to work well on the browser and there isn't anything for FB messenger that I can see to search? Anyone have any advice?

Oh! There is no easy way!  I spent a weekend scrolling through just to pull weekly screenshots from January to current.  Once I got it current I have been trying to stay more on top of getting a weekly screenshot for the interview.  Good luck!!!

OH MY! I figured, haha!! Thanks anyways, I just thought it was worth asking. I think it's worth it. I'll just use my phone for it and take screenshots. So much easier!

That's what I did!  I then just copied all the screenshot pictures into a Word document.

Are we allowed to post links on here?  I found a way that is somewhat helpful when I was trying to get to older messages.

So this is the method I used when I was putting our application together but I just tried it again and of course it's not working now.  It seems like maybe the format of the URL has changed for the part where you have to change the number.  I'll see if I can find more current instructions - https://fpt.facebook.com/help/community/question/?id=4009492991518

 

Another option is to download your entire FB account (it's somewhere in settings) and then from there you can access a log of your messages and actually ctrl F and search for the month unlike in the messenger search.

The downside is that neither of these methods look like standard FB in terms of screen shots.

Yay!!! Finally!!! I can see your big smile from here! Lol Congrats! 🎉🎉🎉 And congrats to all those who got approved lately. I have been off here since we got approved. I'm surprised with 50 pages of new messages! Lol More approvals please!!! 🙏🏻

Thank you! Yeah, that is a down side. I think I will try my phone method.... I wish Facebook had an easier search option. My conversations are soooooooo long.   Thank you for the other methods. If all else fails, I will try them.

Day 86 here. Our NOA1 date was April 4th, but case was received on March 28th. So a bit of time still left for us to wait. Hoping we will get lucky and be an early approval too. Congrats to everyone approved!
