After 15 weeks I received a checklist for not sending in correct marriage certificate.

Anyone in here in processing times with checklists? I know its probably the same as normal but yea. Just curious.

Yes, it would take the same time but hopefully less than 15 weeks this time!

i can ask the Invoice # from my lawyer but i really don`t want to bother her anymore, my case was extremely difficult and they really did a miracle, now it is only waiting time, so i can wait...

In one of the correspondence from NVC to pay IV and AOS fees, the invoice number should be there.  And if you are paying your lawyer, then there is no such thing as bothering him/her:)

Curious, have you included the police certificate in the IV package? I will be filing married jointly and send hubby's ITIN application with our tax return -- it will take 7-8 weeks to get his ITIN, but is worth it for us. Crossing fingers for us all!

Police certificate(s) should be included in the IV package or you will receive a checklist for it.  We filed as married filing jointly earlier this year, and wrote in "NRA" on the tax return and it was processed fine.  We had to mail in the tax return since you cannot do this option online.

I-130 (for parents of US Citizens):

8/19/2022: NOA (IOE0917XXXXXX); Texas Service Center

7/22/2023: Both (parents) petitions approved

7/27/2023: Both cases sent to NVC

8/8/2023: Received NVC welcome email for both parents

My scan date is March 20th. I want y'all an honest opinion on something.

Do you guys think I'll be able to celebrate My wife's birthday, my birthday, and our first marriage anniversary here is USA. They all fall within a week in mid July. I don't wanna raise my hope and expectation.

Are you not planning to include 2016 tax returns with IV package?

If so, you will have to file for extension, as 15 April will be the last date for tax filing and your ITIN may not be available by then. If you're planning to hold off sending your IV package until you have your ITIN and 2016 tax returns, don't apply for police certificate until you have your ITIN. PCC is usually available in 2-3 days since you apply for it. You just have to schedule an appointment for passport Seva Kendra and generally you will get your certificate at the end of appointment.

Tax date this year is April 18. Had interview today and I did file the extension in case they ask for it, however they didn't bother to look. Visa approved!!

Hmmm, to be honest, no one from any of us could tell you if you she'd be there on July, i dont wanna burst the hope you have in there, but  i want you to know that we sent our document last November 2016, have my scan date January 13, was told to wait for 11 weeks for the review, i just called a few mins ago, (11 weeks for my documents after they scanneditandup until now, it's still in the review department and they have NOT started reviewing it)

Lets just continue to pray, though  there are some that gets their cases  complete on the 10th week, and if you'd be blessed as well, you'd get your case completed on last week of May, interview will prolly be on july

I did hoped we could also spend, my husband and my birthday together in USA laat February, and then hoped we could be together on our wedding anniversary,

i do hope and wish you all the best.. as well as all co-filers
