It Doesn’t Matter Who Gets the First Question at White House Briefings

I love how the so called impartial media outlets (that we know are very partisan) act like cry babies.  

 

During a joint press conference Wednesday with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, President Trump continued his White House’s streak of taking more questions from reporters affiliated with conservative-leaning organizations than legacy networks and publications. The first and third questions came from Christian Broadcasting Network’s David Brody and Townhall.com’s Katie Pavlich, while reporters from outlets like ABC News and CNN were left to shout in vain as Trump and Netanyahu left the podium.

And on Twitter, what has become a near-daily freakout about the White House’s question-picking strategy broke out anew.

 

It’s become a regular midday exercise on social media to complain that Trump and his press secretary, Sean Spicer, prefer to call on media organizations perceived as being friendly toward the Administration instead of, say, the Associated Press, which until recently enjoyed a tradition of asking the first question at White House briefings. Spicer’s debut press conference, on January 23, kicked off with the New York Post; the following day he gave the first crack to LifeZette, an overtly pro-Trump website run by conservative talking-head Laura Ingraham.

this isn't about being first, if you look at the op it's about trump refusing to take questions from media unless that media is biased towards him. potus only takes questions from friendly news outlets, that's a huge red flag.

I think it shows how insecure and unprepared to be president he is. He can't handle the media, he can't handle criticism or critique. No wonder Putin elected him! One is as much an egomaniac as the other.

for years now the trump supporters have been prepped to idolize putin. all those jpgs of putin riding grizzly's around make sense now. democrats are still scratching their heads like, wait a minute wait a minute putin is a good guy now?

It doesn't matter which news organization asks questions: he'll answer none of those questions. He couldn't even answer an Israeli journalist asking a legit question about the rise of anti-Semitism. The look on Bibi's face was aghast.

He certainly looked a lot better than Hillary.  Compared to her, Nixon would be confirmed a Saint!

Yea he probably couldn't handle all those difficult and hard hitting questions the media asked Obama.

From CNN "I'm wondering if you think that [Republican presidential candidates are] uninformed, out of touch, or irresponsible?"

From NBC "Do you have a vindictive streak?"

From the New York Times "What has enchanted you the most crom serving in this office?"

Watching one of the worst Presidential press conferences I have ever seen in my life. Belligerent, yelling, throwing Gen. Kelly under the bus, and I think he berated an Orthodox Jew just trying to ask an honest question!
